All nurseries and clubs within our group are registered with Ofsted, which carries out regular formal inspections. Our most recent inspection reports are available for you to view on the Ofsted website. The inspections ensure that we meet the standards required by Ofsted, including those specified by Environmental Health, the Fire Department and the Health and Safety Executive.
Our team of staff in each nursery and club is carefully chosen to reflect a balance of formal qualifications and experience, coupled with a genuine enjoyment of caring for children. The manager, deputy manager and all supervisors are qualified to at least NNEB/NVQ Level III standard, as are at least half of our nursery nurses. Many of our Nursery Assistants are also working towards these qualifications. We are very committed to staff training and development.
